MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): A dozen houses were partially affected after heavy rains triggered a flash flood in areas of Patikka Tehsil in Muzaffarabad last night, State Disaster Management Authority (SDMA) AJK said.

The disaster authority said that a local drain overflowed in Samoth Pala village, Union Council Sarli Sacha, resulting in flash flooding that entered residential areas and damaged several houses and public property.
