LAHORE (Kashmir English): The refund process for tickets of the rescheduled matches in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 10 will commence on June 16 (Monday) with the facility for returning physical tickets be available at private courier service.
The PSL matches in Multan and Rawalpindi could not take place due to unavoidable circumstances.
According to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), ticket can be refunded from June 16 to 20.
Refunds can be claimed from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
To claim a cash refund, according to the officials, ticket holders must present the original, undamaged ticket along with the original purchaser’s National Identity Card. The private courier service staff will verify the tickets.
Online ticket buyers
There is no need for online ticket buyers to visit the private courier service as for tickets purchased online, the refund amount will be automatically transferred to the account used for the original transaction.
For corporate clients, they must provide their account details via email to the relevant companies so that refunds can be processed accordingly.
