MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): A delegation comprising local government representatives and councillors from Upper and Lower Chattar called on Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Chaudhry Anwar ul Haq.
The delegation apprised the Prime Minister of the issues facing their areas and the progress of the ongoing development projects in the region.
Speaking on the occasion, the Prime Minister said that public service has always been his mission. He further said that the base camp system remains indebted to the Kashmir Freedom Movement.
The Prime Minister reaffirmed his commitment to remain true to his oath and to continue prioritizing collective interests over personal gain.
The Prime Minister reiterated his resolve to keep working for public welfare and institutional improvement.
He highlighted that the present government has achieved significant progress in the education and health sectors, strengthened infrastructure, and dedicated resources to public service.

He also issued instructions to complete the survey of the two-kilometer road from Domel Bridge to Sandh Gali in Muzaffarabad within 48 hours. He also sought a detailed report from Commissioner Muzaffarabad on expediting the walkway project and widening the bridge adjacent to the central Eidgah.
