NEELUM VALLEY (Kashmir English): Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and SAFRON, Engineer Amir Muqam, visited Neelum Valley and strongly criticised India for its alleged false flag operations and fabricated incidents aimed at pressuring Pakistan. He stated that such tactics would never weaken Pakistan’s unwavering support for the Kashmiri people.

Speaking to journalists at the scenic town of Keran, the minister reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to advocating for the Kashmiri people’s right to self-determination. He emphasised that Pakistan would continue to play an active and effective role at every level.

Amir Muqam said that despite 77 years of Indian oppression in occupied Kashmir, the spirit of freedom among the Kashmiri people remains strong. He paid tribute to their ongoing struggle for independence.

He also highlighted the vital role of civilians living near the Line of Control (LoC), calling them the “first line of defence” who stand shoulder to shoulder with the Pakistan Army, ready to respond firmly to any Indian aggression.

The minister explained that his visit to the LoC areas was meant to boost the morale of the Kashmiri population, especially those living close to the border, and to assure them that Pakistan stands with them in every challenging moment.

Amir Muqam warned that India is mistaken if it thinks war can intimidate Pakistan. He said that if India initiates any conflict, Pakistan’s armed forces and its people will once again defeat it decisively.

Expressing pride in the country’s military, he reminded that Pakistan’s air force had previously delivered a humiliating blow to India along the LoC. “If India attempts any misadventure again, it will face a crushing defeat,” he added.

He concluded that Pakistan’s defence remains unbreakable, and the country is fully prepared to respond to any Indian aggression.
