NEW YORK (Kashmir English):  Social media app TikTok has launched ‘TikTok for Business Ads Manager’ for small and medium-sized businesses in Pakistan, which aims to provide low-cost and easy digital advertising facilities to local businesses.

This self-service platform allows businesses to create their own advertising campaigns, set budgets, and improve performance without any technical expertise.

Through this, brands can access TikTok’s vibrant community and effectively target new users.

According to TikTok, 73% of users globally discovered new products through ads on the platform, while 78% learned about new brands.

The new Ads Manager includes features such as creative tools, flexible budgets, and smart targeting.

According to TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team, small businesses in Pakistan are among the most creative in the region, and this new feature will help them grow.

According to TikTok, on this platform, brands can connect with communities by creating meaningful content and effectively presenting their story.

Earlier, TikTok said it is updating its screen time management page with new features to restrict the duration of time teens spend scrolling, whether it is disturbing content or not.

The social networking platform is targeting teens by adding a “Time and Well-Being” section.

This new feature includes over 120 prompts users can download, and a sound generator that plays soothing sounds and offers breathing exercises.

To promote mindful habits, TikTok will introduce “well-being missions.” Users can earn badges by achieving these missions, which are designed to support actions like limiting daily or weekly screen time and avoiding the app at night.
