LAHORE (Kashmir English): Pakistan’s boxing sensation Muhammad Waseem successfully defended his WBA Gold Bantamweight title.

Pakistani boxer Muhammad Waseem defeated Jakrawat Muangjaro, from Thailand, in a 12-round battle.

Waseem dominated from first to last with his lightning punches, perfect technique.

At the final bell, the Quetta-born powerhouse stood victorious to reassert his status among the world’s top boxers.

Waseem has won 14 out of 16 fights, including 10 knockouts. He previously held the WBC Silver Flyweight title back in 2016 and captured the WBA Gold World title earlier this year.

Muhammad Waseem said that winning the title is an honor for Pakistan. He thanks those who came to watch the boxing, saying that I am very grateful to the Pakistan Army and the Punjab government.

It should be noted that today was the last day of the Fight for Glory Championship, as 44 boxers from 15 countries participated in the championship held in Pakistan.
