ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): In a recent development, President Azad Jammu and Kashmir Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry has made statements about the recent tensions between Pakistan and India and the successful completion of Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos.
During a detailed meeting with Sardar Zulfiqar Roshan (USA) and Raja Javed (Switzerland) at the Aiwan-e-Sadr Kashmir House, Islamabad, Barrister Sultan Mahmood said that the Pakistani army has destroyed India’s pride and war madness.
Azad Jammu and Kashmir President Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry said that during the recent Pak-India tension, the entire nation pays tribute to the armed forces for the courage and bravery with which our Pakistan Army has fought the enemy and destroyed the enemy’s evil intentions.
India’s extremist Modi government attacked Pakistan and Azad Kashmir in a show of war aggression, to which our armed forces responded befittingly by shooting down Indian Rafale aircraft and destroying Indian air bases, on which the entire nation salutes the Pakistan Army for its bravery and courage.
The real reason for the war between Pakistan and India is the Kashmir issue. Until the Kashmir issue is resolved, the clouds of war will continue to loom over South Asia, which is a threat to the peace of South Asia, Barrister added.
Therefore, the international community will have to understand the sensitivity of the Kashmir issue and find a solution to the Kashmir issue.
The talks between Pakistan and India on the Kashmir issue should be tripartite because the real parties to the Kashmir issue are the Kashmiri people, and the Kashmiri people will have to be brought together at the negotiating table so that a lasting solution to this issue can be found and peace can be established in the region.
Azad Jammu and Kashmir President Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry said that now the time has come for the overseas Kashmiris living all over the world to unite and bring Indian aggression before the international community and expose India’s evil intentions and war madness and tell the world that the Modi government is violating the borders of neighboring countries by following the ideology of Hindutva and India is bombing innocent civilians on the Line of Control.
Therefore, overseas Kashmiris should respond effectively and vigorously to these Indian taunts and convince the world that India has been oppressing Kashmiris in occupied Kashmir for the past seven decades and is now targeting civilian populations living on the Line of Control and martyring innocent people.
