PESHAWAR (Kashmir English): Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) has announced a six-month digital internship for female students with a monthly stipend of Rs. 30,000.
Managing Director KPITB, Dr. Akif Khan, said that the paid internship will enhance the employability of young female graduates by providing them with real work and experience.
The intership program will equip students of information technology with practical skills and knowledge relevant to their field of study.
The interns will be provided with practical experience in key areas such as Artificial Intelligence, UI/UX, Web Development, Application Development, Graphic Design, and Digital Marketing.
The six-month training will contribute to the development of a skilled workforce to support the economic growth of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, he hoped.
Who can apply for internship?
Fresh graduates or applicant graduated in the last three years from the date of advertisement are eligible for the internship.
Furthermore, applicants must have a domicile of KP and the merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Fresh graduates can also apply by submitting a course completion certificate.
The applicants should have a Master’s degree with at least 16 years of education in IT, computer science, Software Engineering, or any other ICT-related field.
About the number of internees, MD KPITB said, a decision will be taken on the basis of applications received for the opportunity.

The selection process includes an initial screening of applications, followed by interviews and assessments to match interns with suitable roles.
