No Pakistani batter, bowler among top 10 in ICC T20I rankings

DUBAI (Kashmir English): None of the Pakistani batsmen could secure a place in the top 10 of the International Cricket Council (ICC) T20I rankings. Abhishek Sharma of India secured number one spot in T20Is.

According to details, the ICC issued the latest T20I and ODI rankings on Wednesday. Pakistan former captain Babar Azam slipped to 18th after facing regression.

On the other hand, Indian batting sensation, Abhishek Sharma continues to retain the number one place in the shortest format.

Australian batsman Tim David made it to the top 10 after having a blistering outing against South Africa in the T20I series.

For the ICC T20I bowling rankings, New Zealand’s Jacob Duffy retained the number one spot. None of the Pakistani bowlers even could make it to the top 10 rankings.

Pakistan pacer Haris Rauf is placed on 24th position. Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya retained the number one spot in the ICC T20I all-rounder rankings.

ODI rankings

In the ODI rankings, India vice-captain Shubman Gill has retained the number one spot with Babar Azam placed in the number three position. Pakistan captain Mohammad Rizwan has been placed in 23rd position. Pakistan pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi reached 13th position.

Meanwhile, Afghanistan all-rounder Azmatullah Omerzai has secured the number one spot in the ICC ODI all-rounder rankings.
