MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): A new tradition has emerged near the Line of Control where national and state anthems are being played with great enthusiasm on a large screen to inform the Indian army on the other side.
According to sources, the aim of this move is not only to create enthusiasm in the armed forces but also to send a clear message to the opposing side, India, of how much the people of Pakistan love their nation.
In the past, too, on various occasions, songs and national anthems have been played on the borders to create an exciting atmosphere, boosting the morale of army personnel deployed on the borders.
The national anthems echoing near the Line of Control are further strengthening the spirit of patriotism, and a new enthusiasm and determination are being felt noticeably in the atmosphere.
