LAHORE (Kashmir English): Security officials on Wednesday emphasised that the entire nation will have to unite to end Fitna-al-Khawarij and Fitna Al Hindustan in Pakistan.
Talking to the media in Lahore, security officials said that the war against terrorism is not just a war of security forces, the army, police, or the FC, but a war of the entire nation.
Sources said that success in the war against terrorism is conditional on the full implementation of the National Action Plan (NAP).
‘India behind terror in Pakistan’
While talking to the media, the officials said that India is behind all sponsored terrorism in Pakistan.
“The recent Tarlai Imambargah attacker was trained by Afghanistan,” security sources said.
Sources said that strict action against external and internal conspirators is inevitable, adding that despite having any kind of political or religious views, we have to unite against terrorism.
“We should never be divided based on nationality, language, or provincialism, but we have to remain united and eliminate all seditions,” sources said.
‘Fitna-ul-Hindustan is enemy of Baloch’
Security officials highlighted that Fitna-ul-Hindustan, also known as Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA), is actually the enemy of the Baloch people and the development of Balochistan.
“Three years ago, 15 to 20 million liters of Iranian petrol and diesel were smuggled, which has now ended,” officials said, adding that the money from smuggling is used in terrorist activities.
The sources further said that good governance is the only means that can eradicate terrorism from the root.
“The people of Balochistan have identified the terrorists who commit terrorism under the guise of the slogan of feeling deprived.”
“NAP key to control terror in KP’
While addressing the media, the officials added that the National Action Plan is the key to controlling terrorism in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), welcoming the recent apex-committee meeting held in Peshawar.
“Just as we defeated India by uniting in the fight for truth, similarly, we will defeat terrorists too,” Security sources added.
The official further said that the people of Pakistan, especially the young generation, are with the Pakistan Army.
“No narrative can weaken the relationship between the army and the people. Our narrative is only Pakistan,” Sources maintained.
Security officials further said that the opposition leader’s recent statement on the Pakistan Army is extremely regrettable and based on lies.
“Discussion is the prerogative of all political parties; the army has nothing to do with politics,” sources said.
They added that legal and court cases and all matters related to them have to be decided by the courts according to the constitution and law.
