Minister distributes relief cheques among Indian firing victims in Hajira

RAWALAKOT (Kashmir English): Minister TEVTA Sardar Amir Altaf, Commissioner Poonch Division Masood Ur Rehman and Deputy Inspector General Police Region Sardar Zaheer Ahmed visited Tehsil Hajira and distributed relief checks among the Indian firing victims.

The officials inspected the emergency control room set up at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Hajira and reviewed the facilities and arrangements available there.

Speaking on the occasion, Minister TEVTA Sardar Amir Altaf said that when difficult times come to nations, they face them with courage, fortitude and youthfulness.

Indian aggression

He said that all possible steps will be taken to protect the homeland in the wake of Indian aggression.

Commissioner Poonch Masood-ur-Rehman said that the district administration is always ready to protect the lives and property of the citizens and all resources are being utilized to deal with any emergency situation.

Deputy Inspector General of Police Region Sardar Zaheer Ahmed said that the police force is fully mobilized to maintain law and order and protect the lives and property of the people.

With the cooperation of the people and the force, peace and stability will be further strengthened and by standing with the Pakistan army like a wall, every aggression of the enemy will be responded to.
