BEIJING (Kashmir English): A gym in north China has become an internet sensation for promising to give away a Porsche Panamera (sports Car) to anyone who loses 50 kilograms in just three months.
The Binzhou, Shandong province gym requests a 10,000-yuan or around Rs. 4 Lac as a registration fee for Participants, which gives them meals and shared accommodation, while the actual training routines, dieting plans, and the exact rules of measuring success are not specified by the gym.
One coach, surnamed Wang, confirmed with Xiang Yang Video that this is a real competition and it has already begun. “The challenge is real, and we’ll close registrations once 30 people sign up,” Wang said. “So far, about seven or eight have joined.”
Wang also explained that the Porsche being offered as a reward is a second-hand 2020 Panamera belonging to the gym’s founder and not a brand-new one. A new Panamera in China costs around 1.1 million yuan, or Rs 43.45 million.
