LONDON (Kashmir English): The London High Court has dismissed YouTuber Adil Raja’s appeal in a defamation case. The court made it clear that Adil Raja must issue a formal apology for his statements against the retired Pakistan Army Brigadier (retd) Rashid Naseer.

According to the court’s decision, Adil Raja must publish an apology statement prominently on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and his website within 28 days.

The court has also imposed a fine of 50,000 pounds on Adil Raja while ordering him to pay court costs of 260,000 pounds in advance. The final date for payment of all amounts under the decision is set for December 22, 2025.

Furthermore, the London High Court has also refused to grant permission to appeal against the decision, after which legal avenues for Adil Raja have been limited.
