LEEPA (Kashmie English): In a major operation, the Police Station Lipa, has raided the Munda Kali Lipa area on the instructions given by Mirza Zahid Hussain, SP Jhelum Valley, and has recovered a large stock of illegal weapons and explosives.
Chaudhry Muhammad Bashir, SHO Police Station Lipa, and his team members, including Muhammad Arshad ASI, Tafaqat Abbasi DFC, Khalid Mahmood, and Ansar Sajid, successfully raided the residence of Ali Zaman, son of Suleman, at Munda Kali Lipa.
The police arrested the accused individuals and a case has been lodged against the culprits whereas the interrogation are ongoing to get further details.
The seized items include Kalashnikovs, 380 bullets, 2 magazines, a 12-bore rifle, 2 explosive rounds, and 11 kg 235 grams of explosives.
