MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): Azad Jammu and Kashmir President Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry has appointed Professor Dr. Khawaja Farooq Ahmed as the interim Vice-Chancellor of Women University Bagh.
According to details, Dr. Abdul Hameed, Vice-Chancellor of Women University Bagh, retired on June 2, after which Dr. Khawaja Farooq Ahmed, the founding director of Haveli Campus, was appointed as the Vice-Chancellor.

Dr. Khawaja Farooq Ahmed has also served as the interim Vice-Chancellor of the University of Kashmir Muzaffarabad.
He will continue to perform the duties of the founding director of Poonch University Haveli Kahuta Campus.
According to the notification, Dr. Khawaja Farooq Ahmed will perform duties until the appointment of a new Vice-Chancellor.
