Kashmiri student receives prestigious award in Saudi Arabia

MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): Rameen Hassan, a Pakistani student from Muzaffarabad, the capital of Azad Kashmir, has achieved a prestigious award in the Cambridge AS Level exams, performing brilliantly and outclassing fellow students.

Rameen, a student of Jeddah Prep and Grammar School (JPGS) in Saudi Arabia, has received the ‘Outstanding Cambridge Learners Award’ from Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE).

She secured the top position in the Business subject in Saudi Arabia and achieved High Achievement in Sociology.

Rameen Hassan is the daughter of Umair Hassan, a Kashmiri citizen living in Saudi Arabia, and the granddaughter of former Commanding Officer of CMH Muzaffarabad, Colonel (Retd) Masood ul Hassan. She belongs to the Malik family of Naya Mohalla, Muzaffarabad.
