ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Journalist Mona Alam has denied reports that special arrangements have been made at Shifa Hospital in Islamabad for former prime minister Imran Khan’s medical stay.
The denial followed journalist Mehr Bukhari’s claim that the hospital’s basement had been specially prepared for Khan’s medical care.
In a social media post, Bukhari claimed the facility included separate medical rooms, a media room, and a waiting area, along with enhanced security and surveillance arrangements. She also claimed that Khan had been brought to the hospital overnight for medical check-ups.
However, Mona Alam rejected the claims, disputing the report regarding Khan’s alleged medical stay and special arrangements at the hospital.
The reports have emerged amid continued speculation about Imran Khan’s health and possible medical treatment.
