Global internet outage disrupts multiple websites, reports of widespread access issues

ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Users across the world are facing severe difficulties as the Internet disrupted worldwide, which is being attributed to a malfunction of the Internet Cloudflare.

According to a global news agency, since this afternoon, general-use websites have also started shutting down suddenly after slowing down.

Several users are facing error 500 when opening websites, while the Cloudflare dashboard and API are also not working.

Website management says that this problem is actually caused by a malfunction in the services provided by Cloudflare.

Many web services and platforms have been affected worldwide due to the malfunction of Cloudflare.

According to Reuters, “Social media platform X was also down for thousands of users in the United States and worldwide, according to outage tracking website Downdetector.com.”

According to Downdetector, Pakistani users’ complaints against Cloudflare started around 4:10 p.m.

Additionally, issues with Facebook, Amazon Web Services, and OpenAI were noted. Whether the outages were connected was not immediately apparent.

On the other hand, the Cloudflare company said that it is aware of the problem and an investigation is underway. The restoration work will be completed soon.
