ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq has said that India is behind the bloodshed in Balochistan.

He said if India does not stop its anti-Pakistan actions, it will face further humiliation.

India faced humiliation

In an interview with a private TV channel, Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq said that in the recent war, India faced humiliation on every front.

The whole world witnessed the superiority of the Pakistan Air Force. Under the leadership of the Field Marshal, Pakistan achieved historic success.

Coming to politics, the PM said if 27 members come forward against him, he will leave power before a no-confidence motion even.

Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq said that no party has the required numbers in the Azad Kashmir Assembly.

He said that the turmoil in Azad Kashmir’s politics is part of the democratic process. A change of government comes through numbers, and no party has the required numbers in the Azad Kashmir Assembly, he said.

He said that it is Pakistan’s job to provide moral, diplomatic, and political support to Kashmiris, adding that struggle against India’s illegal occupation is the right of Kashmiris.

The Prime Minister said that July 13, Kashmir Martyrs’ Day, is the foundation of the Kashmir freedom movement.

Anwar-ul-Haq said that consultations are underway for the appointment of the Chief Election Commissioner before the elections, and the government will take every step to ensure transparent elections.

He said the Accountability Bureau in Azad Kashmir has not been fully functional. “We have set an example of financial discipline in Azad Kashmir. The appearance of an audit para does not mean embezzlement.”
