ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan has declared fully funded PhD scholarships under the esteemed US-Pakistan Knowledge Corridor Project to grant extraordinary opportunities for Pakistani scholars to undertake doctoral degrees at Top 300 QS World-Ranked Universities in the US.
The program is designed to enhance academic exchange between Pakistan and the United States while enriching Pakistan’s human resource base in advanced areas of study.
Under this programme, candidates can apply in two categories:
Top 50 Universities: Complete tuition fee coverage, a monthly stipend, and health insurance.
Rank 51–300 Universities: Fund support up to USD 12,000 per annum for tuition, together with a stipend and health insurance.
These scholarships form part of the HEC’s ongoing efforts to provide Pakistani students and professionals with international research experience and innovative knowledge to make effective contributions towards national development.
