GANDERBAL (Occupied Kashmir) (Kashmir English): A fierce gunfight broke out between security forces and freedom fighters in the Arhama forest area of the Indian illegally occupied Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
Initial reports from the site indicate multiple injuries among personnel of the Special Operations Group (SOG) of the Jammu and Kashmir Police during the initial exchange of fire.
Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir reportedly reached the encounter site to personally supervise the operation.
