KARACHI (Kashmir English): After the continuous increase in the gold prices, there has been a big decline across Pakistan in one day.
According to the report of the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, one tola of gold became cheaper by Rs 5,900 on Thursday, after which the price of one tola of gold decreased to Rs 359,000.
Similarly, 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs 5,058 to Rs 37,784. Gold per ounce decreased by $ 61 in the global market to $ 3,363.
According to experts, a trade agreement has been reached between the United States and China, and the 90-day extension of the trade agreement between the two countries has caused the price of gold to fall in the global market, and its effects have also been seen in Pakistan.
Earlier, the gold price across the country increased per tola in the country by Rs 3,700 on Wednesday.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold in the country has increased by Rs 3,700 to Rs 364,900.
While the price of 10 grams of gold also recorded an upward movement, rising by Rs3,171 to reach Rs312,842.
Silver prices followed suit in the local market, with a Rs46 increase per tola, bringing the new rate to Rs4,081.
According to the association, the price of gold in the global market has increased by $ 37 to $ 3,424 per ounce.
