BAJAUR, Pakistan (Kashmir English): The operation Ghazb lil Haq continues as Pakistan retaliates to unprovoked firing by Afghan Taliban in border areas of Bajaur, Nawapas (Mohmand) and Dir on Wednesday.

Pakistan retaliated strongly and the effective response silenced the enemy positions completely.

According to details, on April 1, 2026, Afghan forces continuously and indiscriminately fired in the border areas of Bajaur and Dir. Pakistani forces immediately and strongly responded, not only silencing the Afghan forces’ gun positions but also destroying the posts from which the firing was originating.

Strong response to Afghan Taliban firing

According to security sources, in this entire situation, there was no loss of life on the Pakistani side, while the enemy’s every attempt was foiled by giving an effective and strong response.

The exchange of fire in the Nawapas and Bajaur sectors is being unnecessarily exaggerated by some Afghan media and specific social media accounts, whereas according to ground realities, the situation is completely under control and no unusual incident has occurred.
