MUZAFFRABAD (Kashmir English): A systematic campaign has been launched in Azad Kashmir to protect forests from fire.
In the first phase, the Forest Department has launched a campaign to create awareness among the public about the importance of forests and fire prevention.
During the awareness campaign, pamphlets are being distributed among the citizens by the Forest Department staff, in which the losses caused by forest fires and protective measures to prevent them have been written.
The main reason for rising temperatures and environmental pollution is the destruction of forests. On this occasion, DFO Forests Mazhar Naqvi has appealed to the citizens to come together and play the same role to protect this natural beauty that we do for our children.
