MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): An important ceremony was held in Muzaffarabad under the auspices of the Court Kashmir Orphan Trust, a welfare organization, at a private hotel in the capital, in which keys to houses were distributed to widows of the Muzaffarabad division.
The Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, Faisal Rathore, attended this special ceremony as the chief guest. He was accompanied by the Most Senior Minister, Minister of Health, Mayor of Muzaffarabad, representatives of civil society, lawyers, and a large number of citizens.
In his speech, the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir said that the way Pakistan and its people have supported each natural disaster is highly commendable.
Expressing his feelings, he said that he was very happy when he saw Chaudhry Akhtar helping the affected people in KPK and other areas.
He said that Chaudhry Akhtar has kept orphans and helpless children as his own children in Court Mirpur, and this is not an easy thing. According to the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, people trust only those who play a practical role.
He said on this occasion that resources are limited while problems are unlimited; in such situations, it is possible to find solutions to problems only when people who truly have the spirit of service stand together.
The Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir emphasized that the government stands with the court. He announced that the court’s office will now be established in Muzaffarabad, and he himself will take its ownership because this institution is common to all.
In his address, the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir also mentioned the state’s situation. He said that the state is suffering from unrest in some places, which needs time to end and restore the trust of the people.
He said that he has complete faith in Allah, and his father’s 9-month rule is still remembered in golden words because he considered politics as worship.
The Prime Minister further said that ending the deprivations of the state is one of his top priorities.
The Prime Minister, while expressing his views on this welfare institution, said that this institution belongs to everyone, and every deficiency will be removed by considering it as our own.
He said that the real importance of the nets and keys being given to the widows can only be known by those who are going through this difficult journey. At the end of his speech, the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir called this act the best example of human compassion.
