BHIMBER (Kashmir Digital): Bhimber Deputy Commissioner Mirza Arshad Mahmood Jarral directed police and security agencies to take strict action against human trafficking and its agents, warning that no leniency would be given to those endangering innocent youth.
Deputy Commissioner Bhimber, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Mirza Arshad Mahmood Jarral has directed police magistrates and security agencies to closely monitor and take strict legal action against individuals involved in human trafficking. He emphasised that those endangering the lives of innocent young people deserve no leniency and must be dealt with under the law.
The Deputy Commissioner emphasized to law enforcement personnel the need to detect and dismantle trafficking operations occurring across the region during his official speech. The Deputy Commissioner required officials to monitor both individuals and groups who try to trick defenceless citizens, especially youth members.
The Deputy Commissioner expressed concern about criminals who attempt to deceive residents of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The official demanded quick action to eradicate these criminal elements from operating inside Azad Jammu and Kashmir’s borders.
The protection of people’s lives and property is our responsibility, and we will not allow anyone to exploit our citizens he aimed. The official implicated security agencies to take an active approach to dealing with human trafficking while also making sure all participants receive legal penalties.
The Deputy Commissioner issued these orders because he wants to stop human trafficking networks which use false job recruitment promises to abuse people along border regions. Law enforcement agencies received commands to improve their surveillance capabilities while building closer ties with associated authorities to stop illegal operations.
Through his directives, the government demonstrates its ongoing pledge to human trafficking prevention and protecting the rights and safety of its population. During the upcoming weeks, the authorities plan to ramp up their efforts to eliminate illegal trafficking networks which operate in and beyond the land of Azad Kashmir.
