Ceremony at Bright Star Public School, prizes awarded

HATTIAN BALA (Kashmir English): Bright Star Public School Langla announced its annual results with a grand and dignified prize distribution ceremony. The event was attended by a large number of parents, teachers, and members of the local community.

The chief guest of the ceremony was Mr Nabeel Anjum Abbasi, President of the Private Teachers’ Organisation Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Jhelum Valley and Managing Director of Oriental School and College Jhelum Valley. Other distinguished guests included Mr Asif Iqbal Mughal, District Council Member of Union Council Langla and Managing Director of Bright Star Public School Langla, as well as retired headmaster Mr Sajid Naeem Mughal.

The religious recitation of Quran followed by singing the national anthem marked the beginning of the event. After the national anthem and Quran recitation students performed through an expressive program of patriotic music accompanied by educational presentations along with speeches and short plays. The audience cheered warmly after each group performance.

Educational excellence received praise from speakers who attended the event while they emphasized the importance of education. During his address Mr Nabeel Anjum Abbasi emphasized that parents should make education and child upbringing their top priority. He also congratulated the school administration and teachers for organising such a well-planned event.

Managing Director Mr Asif Iqbal Mughal expressed his commitment to providing quality education while also considering the welfare of underprivileged students. He emphasised that the school supports several orphaned and financially struggling children by offering them free education, ensuring they have the opportunity to build a successful future.

The special event concluded by presenting outstanding exam results students with awards and medals and shields to recognize their dedication. Affectionate support from parents together with praise from local community members plus guests welcomed every successful exam taker.

The celebration ended through the ceremonial presentation of an honorable shield to the guest of honor before praying to bring an end to this special occasion.
