DHAKA (Kashmir English): The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced ticket prices for the three-match T20I series against Pakistan, scheduled to begin on July 20 (Sunday) at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur.

In a bid to accommodate a wide range of cricket fans, the ticket prices have been set between Tk 300 and Tk 3,500.

The BCB while adopting a digital-first approach has decided to start the online sale of tickets from July 15 (today) through the board’s official e-ticketing platform.

Fans will be able to select the match, gallery, block and number of tickets of their choice before completing their purchase via card or digital wallet.

Each registered account will be allowed to buy a maximum of four tickets per game.

Both printed and digital versions of the tickets will be accepted for entry at the stadium.

Any remaining tickets not sold online will be available for fans at designated booths near the stadium on match days, according to the Bangladesh Cricket Board.

The location of these booths will be available on the BCB’s official digital platforms ahead of each match.

Each ticket for the Eastern Gallery would be available for Tk 300, for the Northern Gallery Tk 400, for the Shaheed Abu Sayed Stand and Club House Tk 800, for the Lounge and International Gallery Tk 1,500 to Tk 3,500, and ticket for the Grand Stand would be available for Tk 2,500.

All three T20Is will be played at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium, with the first game scheduled for July 20, second and third for July 22 and 24 respectively. All the matches will begin at 6:00pm local time.

‘Men in Green’ are expected to arrive in Bangladesh on July 16. The series will mark a rematch between the two sides following their last meeting in May, when Pakistan earned a 3-0 sweep on home soil.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had, on July 8, announced its 15-member squad for the upcoming tour, with all-rounder Salman Ali Agha continuing as skipper. Shadab Khan and fast bowler Haris Rauf have been ruled out due to injuries.

Bangladesh, currently engaged in a T20I series against Sri Lanka, is yet to announce its squad. The final match of the Bangladesh-Sri Lanka series is set to be played in Colombo on July 16.
