Flower petals were showered on the Commanding Officer as people congratulated him and his team for their achievements. The entire area resonated with chants of “Pakistan Zindabad” and “Pak Army Zindabad.” Bashir Alam Awan, a member of the District Council Leepa, thanked the Army, the Army Chief, the Leepa Guard’s commander, and all the soldiers for carrying out a successful operation and striking deep into enemy territory.

Participants praised Chief of Army Staff General Asim Munir for his leadership, stating that under his command, the Pakistan Army has crushed the enemy’s plans and taught a strong lesson to those backing hostility.

President of PML-N Azad Kashmir, Shah Ghulam Qadir, remarked that the courage and leadership of the Pakistan Army had foiled all of India’s designs. He added that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and General Asim Munir had raised the nation’s head with pride.

Qadir further said Pakistan had once again shown its commitment to peace by offering neutral investigations into the recent crisis but also made it clear that the country remains fully prepared to defend itself with full force when needed.
