ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Renowned TV anchor and journalist, Najam Sethi has said that at Imran Khan’s behest, his sisters were giving interviews to Indian media.
Commenting on interview of Imran Khan’s sister to Indian media, Sethi said it is very difficult to prove the anti-state narrative that PTI has close relations with India at a severe level.

“According to my information, Imran Khan instructed his sisters to give interviews to Indian channels to highlight human rights issues. This was part of IK’s plan.”
Sethi further said that Indian media is powerful adding the interview was aimed to give importance to the PTI founding chairman because Indian strategic thinkers believe he should come to power again.
“They see Imran Khan as only individual who can weaken and undermine Pak Army. India considers him the best option to achieve its objectives against Pakistan,” Sethi opined.
Information Minister Attaullah Tarar had on Sunday slammed the sisters of PTI founder Imran Khan for giving interviews to the Indian media.
