NEW YORK: The picture of Apple’s latest iPhone 17 Pro series phone has been leaked online on X (formerly Twitter) by a user, according to a report.
The alleged pictures were taken in the Union Square area of Sans francisco, where an individual can be seen holding two iPhones.
An iPhone that is missing a case is likely an iPhone 16 Pro, and the Data Matrix code on it indicates that Apple gave the device to a company employee. But the second phone is more special, which looks like the iPhone 17 Pro.
There is a thick protective case on the back of this phone to hide the design, but the design of the LED and LiDAR scanner makes it clear that this is the iPhone 17 Pro.
However, in previous leaks about the new phones, it was said that the camera design on the back will undergo a major change.
The iPhone 17 series will ditch the square camera setup on the back and replace it with a new design.
The iPhone’s back camera design will be very similar to the pill camera bar on Google Pixel phones. This can be seen in the iPhone’s camera design hidden in the case in this image.
Another image also shows the front displays of both phones. The report does not say anything more about this device, but it certainly shows what this phone will look like.
Notably, the iPhone 17 series will have seven models: iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max.
The series is set to be launched in September 2025.
