ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The iPhone 17 lineup has officially launched in Pakistan, and Mercantile, the country’s only Apple-approved distributor, has confirmed availability across its partner network.

Released models include the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, and the ultra-thin iPhone Air.

All models come with complete Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) approval, which ensures network support and warranty service.

The iPhone 17 series, according to Mercantile, is available in Pakistan through its authorized distribution and retail associates.

Buyers are able to purchase the phones with guaranteed PTA clearance and after-sales support.

This eliminates the risk associated with grey-market imports, which includes problems with warranties as well as network lockouts.

Pakistani prices are much more than US launch prices, thanks to import duties, taxes, and PTA registration charges.

Earlier in September, Apple officially launched its iPhone 17 series at the spectacular event with a mix of fresh designs, enhanced cameras, and added brawn under the hood.

The company also surprised everyone further by keeping the prices mostly the same as those of last year’s iPhone 16 phones, which makes the new phones all the more irresistible for shoppers who are thinking of upgrading.

This year’s lineup consists of four models: the standard iPhone 17, the new iPhone Air, and the premium iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max.

Besides the phones, Apple also released new watches and AirPods, but the star of the event was clearly the iPhone line.
