AJK Minister Imtiaz Nasim says Modi govt’s agenda poses threat to regional peace

RAWALPINDI (Kashmir English): Azad Kashmir Minister for Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell, Imtiaz Nasim, has strongly condemned the Modi government’s agenda, stating that it poses a deadly threat to regional peace.

Expressing her view at a special lecture organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell (National Coordination Wing) at the E. Library Rawalpindi, the minister emphasized that the international community must recognize the Modi government’s intentions and its impact on the region.

“On May 10, through Operation Bunyanum Marsoos, the Pakistani Armed Forces under the leadership of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir have achieved a historic victory by giving a befitting reply to Indian aggression,” she added.

Moreover, the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell minister condemned the Indian government and described Narendra Modi as a “global terrorist” responsible for atrocities in Kashmir. She asserted that the third generation of Kashmiris is eager to follow the path of their ancestors and achieve freedom.

“It is also a fact that the Indian government is constantly throwing dust in the eyes of its people and making them fools and fulfilling its war madness,” she said.

On this occasion, renowned writer and analyst Major (R) Mushtaq Saduzai participated as the guest speaker, while Major (R) Gul, Director Raja Khan Afsar Khan, Sardar Sajid Mahmood, Najeeb Ghafoor Khan, Noreen Butt, In-charge E. Library Government of Punjab Malik Tahir Awan, Malik Asif Awan, Qari Anwarul Haq Raja Rashid Raza, Syed Zameerul Hassan Naqvi and others were also present.

Addressing the gathering, Major (R) Mushtaq Saduzai has warned that the promotion of Hindutva ideology under Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rule will lead to the disintegration of Indian society and loss of credibility for the BJP government.

Mushtaq Saduzai stated that voices within India are raising concerns about the country’s future if it continues to perpetrate atrocities against Muslims and minorities under the Hindutva ideology. He emphasized that the Modi government is not willing to grant rights to Muslims and other minorities, fueling violence and unrest.

The former military official highlighted the atrocities committed by India in occupied Kashmir, describing it as a practical demonstration of Hindutva policies.

The analyst’s remarks were made during a special lecture organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell, where students and dignitaries participated. The session aimed to create awareness about the Kashmir issue among the young generation.
