KARACHI (Kashmir English): In an unprecedented incident, Airblue, a private airline, boarded more passengers than seats on Flight PA 206, going from Karachi to Islamabad, prompting the pilot to delay the flight.
According to the details, the captain was taxiing the Airbus plane for takeoff when he discovered that two extra passengers had boarded the plane, after which he brought the plane back to the boarding bridge in the parking lot.
The captain announced the departure of the plane after disembarking the extra passengers of the private airline.
The flight was scheduled to depart at 5 pm, but it was delayed, and more than 170 passengers on the plane faced problems.
The airport administration confirmed the incident, saying that the two additional passengers belonged to a private airline. The Pakistan Airports Authority (PPP) ordered an investigation into the incident.
