ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has invited applications from qualified candidates for temporary teaching assignments for the Autumn 2026 semester.
The university is seeking professionals for Visiting Faculty and Lab Demonstrator positions in the Department of Computer Science.
The appointments will be made on a part-time basis, with selected candidates receiving an honorarium for their services.
Eligibility and terms
Candidates holding BS, MS or PhD degrees in relevant subjects are eligible to apply. Preference may be given to applicants with teaching experience and strong academic credentials.
AIOU has clarified that these positions are strictly temporary and will not provide any claim to regular or permanent employment with the university.
The university may also withdraw or terminate an assignment if a selected candidate provides inaccurate information or fails to properly perform the responsibilities assigned to them.
