Afghan-backed FAK drone attack in Kohat thwarted as forces shoot down all three UAVs

KOHAT (Kashmir English): Security forces in Kohat shot down three rudimentary drones used by militants backed by the Afghan Taliban on March 13, according to security sources.

These drones were launched by members of a group known as FAK. However, security forces were able to intercept and destroy all three drones before they reached their targets.

At least two civilians were wounded as a result of debris from the drone attack in Kohat. The wounded were taken to a nearby hospital for medical attention.

According to security authorities, Pakistani security forces are on high alert to avert any possible threats from terrorist organizations with support from Afghanistan.

Officials also warned that any terrorist activity in Pakistan traced back to Afghan territory would be met with a strong response, targeting militant hideouts and support networks inside Afghanistan.

Loud explosions heard in Kabul, Kandahar Airport also hit

Earlier, Loud explosions have been heard in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan.

Powerful explosions were heard across Kabul, causing alarm in several parts of the city.

Pakistan Air Force (PAF), in a major operation, hit Kandahar Corps Headquarters, with the area echoing with explosions.

Strikes target Kabul area

Strikes targeted the Brigade Headquarters in Pul Charkhi area of Kabul, according to initial reports.

The Pakistan Air Force carried out a major operation late at night, targeting the Kandahar Corps Headquarters, causing the area to reverberate with explosions.

The Pakistan Air Force continues its operations against terrorist elements, and Kandahar Airport has also been targeted.

The Pakistan Army and Pakistan Air Force are carrying out successive operations against the Indian proxy Fitna al-Khawarij, achieving a major success by targeting and destroying the Kabul Pul Charkhi Brigade Headquarters.

PAF also targeted Kandahar Airport late at night, according to confirmed reports.

Reports indicate heavy casualties and material losses for the Khawarij in the Pakistan Air Force operation.

Pakistan Air Force operation is underway in Kabul. Multiple Taliban and terrorist hideouts were destroyed in Pakistan Air Force attacks.

Explosions and firing continue in the city, and aircraft are monitoring the skies over Kabul, according to local sources.
