MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Azad Kashmir leader, Aamir Zeeshan Jaral, has been appointed as Director General Political Affairs (BS-20) in the AJK Prime Minister’s Secretariat.
According to the notification, Jaral has been appointed under Section 3 (2) of the Discretionary Appointments (Terms & Conditions of Service) Act.
It further stated that his discretionary appointment shall be at the discretion of the current Prime Minister of the State of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, which shall automatically terminate without notice upon the expiry of the term of the Prime Minister or their office.
“This discretionary appointment shall be of a strictly temporary nature and shall not be made permanent. The privilege of appointment will not arise,” it added.
Aamir Zeeshan Jaral hails from Mirpur and has been providing effective, dynamic, and professional services as Coordination Secretary in the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Party for a long time.
He has successfully discharged the responsibilities of coordination and liaison between the central leadership and the Azad Kashmir organization, which is widely acknowledged at all levels of the party.
His appointment as Director General Prime Minister’s Secretariat will further facilitate and improve the access of not only the workers of the PPP but also other political parties, social classes, and common citizens to the Prime Minister’s Office.
