Pasban-e-Hurriyat holds rally to celebrate Pakistan Day

MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): Pasban-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir, a liberation group committed to Kashmiri freedom, celebrated Pakistan Day with enthusiasm.

On the special occasion of Pakistan Day, a big rally led by Pasban-e-Hurriyat Chairman Uzair Ahmed Ghazali and other prominent leaders was held in the capital’s Ghari Pan Chowk in which a large number of citizens participated.

Additionally, other leaders including Vice Chairman Usman Ali Hashim, PPP leader Shaukat Javed Mir, refugee leaders Raja Muhammad Arif Khan, Chaudhry Ferozuddin, Chaudhry Muhammad Ismail, Muhammad Ishaq Shaheen participated in the rally.

The participants raised slogans of “What is your relationship with Pakistan? La ilaha illallah” and marched on the main highway waving the flags of Pakistan and Kashmir.

During the rally, the participants also raised enthusiastic slogans of “Jeeve Jeeve Pakistan”, and “Pakistan Zindabad” showcasing their love for Pakistan.

The speakers at the event stated that the people of the state of Jammu and Kashmir pay tribute to the founders of Pakistan, the martyrs of Pakistan and Kashmir.

Under the leadership of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and the painter of Pakistan Allama Muhammad Iqbal, the Muslims of the subcontinent fought a great struggle for the establishment of a separate state.

Furthermore, the speakers expressed their determination that Indian-occupied Kashmir will become a part of Pakistan after gaining freedom from Indian oppression and the Kashmiri people value the sacrifices of the Pakistan Army.
