MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): Gold prices have received a significant decline in various cities of Pakistan, including Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
Today, on March 08, 2025, the price of gold per tola in Azad Kashmir was recorded at Rs 304,500, while the price of 10 grams of gold was recorded at Rs 2,61,060, whereas, the price of silver per tola remained at Rs 3,200.
Earlier, the price of gold per tola was recorded at Rs 3,10,800, which has received a significant decline by decreasing Rs 6,300 today.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold, which was worth Rs 2,65,270 yesterday, has decreased by Rs 4,210 to Rs 2,61,060 today.
The above rates are provided by Central Sarafa Union, however, the rates keep changing due to international market fluctuations.
Latest Gold Prices in Pakistan
On the other hand, today, the price of 24-karat gold in Pakistan is recorded at Rs 309,400 per tola according to the latest rates, while the price of 10 grams of gold has been fixed at Rs 265,270. Similarly, 1 gram of gold is being sold for Rs 26,527.
According to economic analysts, gold prices can decrease further if the value of the dollar remains stable and gold becomes cheaper in the global market.
