ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Pakistan is all set to observe the first fast of Ramadan 2025 tomorrow on Sunday, March 02.
On this occasion, President Asif Ali Zardari congratulated the nation on the beginning of Ramadan 1446 AH.
”I congratulate the entire Pakistani nation and the Muslim Ummah on the beginning of the blessed month of Ramadan”, the President stated.
He said that during Ramadan, the needs of the poor and needy should be met and the spirit of selflessness and sacrifice should be promoted in the society.
Earlier, the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee announced that the moon of Ramadan was not sighted anywhere in Pakistan, so the first fast will be on Sunday, March 2.
