LAHORE (Kashmir English): The body of Doctor Ahmed Latif, who had been missing for the past three days, was found inside his vehicle at the Children’s Hospital on Sunday.
Doctor Ahmed Latif, who served as the in-charge of the hospital’s blood bank, was reported missing by his family after they were unable to contact him. The family later informed hospital authorities, prompting a search.
During the search, his vehicle was located in the hospital parking area, where his lifeless body was discovered inside. Police reached the scene and shifted the body for further examination.
According to police sources, an investigation has been launched to determine the exact cause of death. Initial reports suggest that the deceased had been suffering from depression due to personal and family issues in recent days.
Authorities said further details will be confirmed after completion of the investigation.
