LAHORE (Kashmir English):  Popular Pakistani YouTuber Saad Ur Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, has approached the court seeking the removal of his name from the PNIL list, claiming it was added unlawfully.

The application was heard by Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo, with the petitioner represented by Advocate Usman Latif. The plea argued that the name was included without prior notice and in violation of legal procedures by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).

After initial proceedings, the court directed the NCCIA to submit a detailed report and adjourned the hearing until March 26.

In a related development, a separate hearing was held regarding the interim bail of Ducky Bhai’s wife, Aroob Jatoi, in a case linked to the alleged promotion of a gambling application.

The case was heard by Additional Sessions Judge Mansoor Ahmed Qureshi. The accused appeared before the court along with her legal team and marked her attendance. Following the proceedings, the court extended her interim bail until April 6 and also sought a report from the NCCIA for the next hearing.

It is noteworthy that the NCCIA has registered a case against the accused over alleged involvement in promoting a gambling app.
