FLORIDA (Kashmir English): Amid hopes for a potential peace deal between Russia and Ukraine, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will meet with US President Donald Trump today (Sunday).
As per US media, the purpose of this crucial meeting is to discuss a 20-point peace plan to end the Russia-Ukraine war, which is approximately 90% complete.
According to President Zelensky, along with the peace plan, a security guarantee agreement with the US is also almost ready.
This agreement will play a crucial role in building trust between the two countries and ensuring the security of Ukraine’s borders.
The meeting will specifically discuss the situation in the Donbas region, the security of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, and issues related to land borders and without clarity on these matters, it will be difficult to implement any peace plan.
