FLORIDA (Kashmir English): US President Donald Trump has called Chief of Defence Forces, Army Chief Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir a highly respected personality.
In a press conference along with Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and Secretary of the Navy John Phelan in Florida, President Trump once again mentioned stopping the India-Pakistan war and the downing of planes in that war.
The US President said that he has stopped 8 wars in the world so far, including the potential nuclear war between Pakistan and India.
Trump said Field Marshal Asim Munir and Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that by stopping the war, he saved the lives of 10 million people.
During the press conference, the US President also announced the construction of 100 times more powerful Trump-class warships.
Trump says US 15 years ahead of any country
President Trump said that 15 submarines are being built. The US is 15 years ahead of any country in submarine manufacturing. “China, Russia, no one can compete with us in submarines, these submarines will scare America’s enemies around the world.”
The US President clarified that the ship named Victory will help maintain the strength of the US military. This will help revive the American shipbuilding industry.
He said that the US Navy is being made the most powerful navy in the world. “The Navy’s headquarters are also being improved, those who used to laugh at us a year or two ago, now respect us.”
