ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): As the winter rains have finally started in Pakistan, the temperatures have dropped significantly across Pakistan, and the upper parts of the country have also been receiving heavy snowfall.
The mountains are now covered in a thick white blanket of ice, and tourists have started to head towards the beautiful destinations to enjoy the winter season with their families.
PMD Weather Forecast
According to the lastest weather forecast by Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), light to moderate rainfall, along with cold winds, will prevail across the country today.
Additionally, Fog and smog will prevail in eastern Punjab and upper Sindh, whereas rain will be observed in Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and snowfall in the mountains is expected, according to the Meteorological Department.
