ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The International Monetary Fund (IMF) Executive Board has approved $1.29 billion tranches of financial assistance for Pakistan.
The approval came after the IMF reached a staff-level agreement with Pakistan in October on its loan programmes after extensive talks from September 24 to October 8.
