MUZAFFARABAD: (Kashmir English): Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Raja Faisal Rathore has said that Allah Almighty has given the Pakistan Peoples Party an opportunity to play its role in removing the deprivations of the state.
While talking to public delegations from all over Azad Kashmir, he said that we have to restore the trust of the people.
He added that “There was a time when the people were on the streets and there was an atmosphere of unrest, but today the flags of political parties are in the hands of the people and there is trust in their hearts.
PM Faisal Rathore said that this 6-month government is a trailer of the coming government. Addressing the delegations from his constituency, Haveli, the Prime Minister said that if you want to make history, do not limit me to appointments and transfers.”
He noted that “My father Raja Mumtaz Hussain Rathore ruled for 9 months, but his tenure is still in the hearts of the people, adding that power comes from Allah Almighty and while it is a great blessing, it is also a great test.”
Addressing his challenges, he said that Power has come at a time when politics is facing difficulties and the hopes of the people and all political parties of the state are attached.
The people’s government of the PPP, God willing, will play its full role to remove the deprivations. We have little time, but we will not waste a single moment, the PM assured.
Speaking on this occasion, Most Senior Minister Mian Abdul Waheed said that Raja Mumtaz Hussain Rathore was the prime minister for 9 months, but he will always remain the prime minister of hearts.
He said that we have to lay the foundation of the government that will come after 2026 in 6 months, adding that PPP will also form the next government in the AJK in the coming election.
