SALT LAKE, USA (Kashmir English): A worn-out car received a remarkable farewell when a massive pumpkin was dropped on it from a 14-storey height in the US state of Utah.
The pumpkin crushed the car completely. Alan Gebert said that his 1991 Geo Metro finally stopped running this year, so he decided to say goodbye to it in a special way — by destroying it under a giant pumpkin.
Pumpkin weighed 1,917 pounds
The pumpkin, weighing 1,917 pounds, had won first position in the heaviest pumpkin competition at the Utah Giant Pumpkin Festival.
The produce was lifted by a crane at Hee Haw Farms in Pleasant Grove to a height of around 14 storeys before being released onto the 35-year-old car which flattened its roof completely.
Gebert said he and his wife had discussed idea for quite some time, and that seemed the perfect way to carry it out.
