HAVELI (Kashmir English): A strong protest was held by the Joint Awami Action Committee and Youth Alliance at Bypass Chowk in Farwad Kahuta, Haveli district, demanding action on their Charter of Demands.
The protesters, including civil society members and lawyers, expressed their frustration over issues like unannounced load shedding of electricity, construction of grid stations, and improvement of services.

After three hours of continuous protest, the Awami Action Committee announced a five-member committee to hold talks with the administration.
Addressing the protesters, Mujtaba Farooqi said that if the talks are not successful, the committee plans to hold a protest in the Gujjar district.
